A Native of Joliet Illinois, Tyrique recently completed his BM at Northern Illinois University. During that time he performed the roles of Figaro and Count Almaviva in Le Nozze Di Figaro the and Luka in William The Bear, Dandini in La Cenerentola, Nick Shadow from The Rake’s Progress and Papageno in The Magic Flute. Tyrique’s has also sung in the chorus a number of operas at NIU  including Orfeu Ed Euridice, La Traviata, Pirates of Penzance and Die Entführung aus dem Serail. Tyrique has experience in choral music as well, also has as Faure Requiem, Verdi Requiem, Bach’s B Minor Mass, Beethoven’s Mass in C. Tyrique also joined the Adrian Dunn Singers for a premier of The Seven Last Words of the Unarmed. next fall, Tyrique will be attending the University of Michigan where he will perform the role of Polyphemus in Aesis and Galatea.
