Natalie Mustea, a coloratura soprano hailing from the Chicago area, is celebrated for her agile voice and expansive range. Her repertoire includes standout performances as Miss Wordsworth in “Albert Herring” and Belinda in “Dido and Aeneas.”

Mustea’s recent performances include a portrayal as the Angelic Voice in a new opera titled “Aldegunda” by Hungarian composer Péter Zombola, highlighting her skills in coloratura and improvisation. She also delivered a captivating performance as Donna Anna in the Windy City Opera Fest’s production of “Don Giovanni.” Notable among her recent achievements is her solo performance as Olympia in the “Doll Song” with the DePaul Concert Orchestra, showcasing her prowess as a concert soloist.

Mustea holds a bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance from Millikin University, and recently graduated from DePaul University with her Masters in Voice Performance. Beyond her stage endeavors, Mustea generously shares her expertise as a voice teacher within the Chicagoland community, nurturing the next generation of vocal talents.
