You can access and manage your tickets and donations via your account. Below is a step-by-step guide for our existing patrons to activate and login to your account. New patrons may register a new account any time.

Visit https://my.operafestivalchicago.org/authentication/password-recovery and enter the same email address we used to send you this message then select the “Recover Password” button.
You will be automatically directed to the Password Reset page.
1. If your email does not appear here automatically, enter it.
2. Check your email for a message titled “Your Verification Code” and enter the six-digit code into the “Verification Code” field. If you don’t receive an email, be sure to check your spam folder.
3. Enter a password that uses at least eight characters, one number, one special character, one uppercase letter, and one lowercase letter. Enter the same password into the “Password Confirmation field.
4. Select the “Reset Password” button.
You will be automatically directed to the Log In page.
Use your email and new password to log into your account.
