Common Issues & Answers for OFC Box Office
- If you have signed up for an account and you have not received your verification code, please check your SPAM folder. Email clients often flag these emails and remove them from the main inbox.
- If you need to reset your password, you can follow the instructions on our Account Help page.
- If you lost your tickets or misplaced the receipt, no problem! You can access your tickets and account on the My Account page.
- You can review up-to-date information regarding masks and Covid-19 protocols on our Plan Your Visit page.
