Michael Rivera is a tenor whose performances have spanned the globe. Michael studied at Utrecht Conservatory of Music in Holland, where he focused on operatic and oratorio performances, ie Percy in Anna Bolena. After his graduate studies, while serving in the United States Armed Forces, Michael was cast in the original production of Starlight Express in Bochum, Germany under the direction of Sir Andrew Lloyd Weber. Michael also supported the show after the run doing television and studio recordings as well as promotional concerts. Michael Found himself back home in the U.S. where his focus moved from musical theatre back into opera under the teachings of Carl Lawrenz.
